A wedding at Homestead Blessings includes...

  • 2,600 square foot heated & restored board and batten barn with gorgeous chandeliers!

  • Access to the venue the day before your wedding for set up!

  • Comfortably accommodates 120 seated guests. A tent allows up to 200 guests. 

  • 17 round tables (60") and 5 rectangular tables. Linens included! 

  • 140 gold chiavari chairs (interior use only) 

  • Food serving area which includes a large farmhouse buffet table & a dessert table! 

  • Indoor Bar. An outdoor/upstairs bar is available for an additional charge!

  • Beautiful stone patio with cafe lights strung above!

  • Indoor restrooms for guests.

  • Four Ceremony Locations! We have a quiet wooded knoll, fields, woods and a gazebo to choose from!

  • A Parking Attendant. We will staff the parking lot with an attendant to help the arrival of your guests flow smoothly and safely.

  • 140 place settings (gold charger, dinner plate, dessert plate, salad bowl, silverware, water glass, wine glass and linen napkin)

  • Scheduled property access Monday - Thursday for a 2 hour engagement shoot with your photographer.

  • Venue Management Assistance from 1pm-10pm. Additional staff is always available - just ask!

  • Large outdoor fire pit.

How to Reserve A Date...

  • Contact Christianna at homesteadblessingsbarn@gmail.com to review our contract, packages and additional options! Take a moment to tell her about your vision for your big day! Weekend packages start at $6,000. 

  • A $1,500 deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve your date. This deposit includes the following:

    • $1,000 non-refundable booking fee (applied to your total package price)

    • $500 refundable security deposit (not included in package price)


Additional Information

  • Our rectangular tables can seat 8 guests or be used end to end for a head table.

  • Our round tables can comfortably seat 8 guests per table.

  • We do allow indoor ceremonies. For an additional fee, we will provide staffing to assist with a ceremony to reception room flip.
